Refund and Returns Policy

Return Window
A return may be requested within 30 days after the item’s delivery.

Return Criteria

  • Items must remain unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Fixtures showing signs of installation or alteration cannot be returned.

Non‑Returnable Items
The following are excluded from returns:

  • Installed faucets or modified finishes

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Accessories such as cartridges or filters

Initiating a Return
To begin a return, email [email protected] with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) for return

  • Reason for return

Upon approval, you’ll receive a return authorization and guidance.

Return Shipping
Returns must be sent by the customer using a trackable method and retaining shipment receipt until completion. Shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt, items are examined. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is declined, we will explain the decision clearly via email.

Exchanges
Exchanges for identical items are possible if stock is available. Please confirm before shipping.

Defective or Damaged Items
For items received damaged or defective, email [email protected] immediately with supporting images. We will arrange replacement or refund without additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after two weeks:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider.

  2. If unresolved, contact [email protected] for assistance.

Gift Returns
Gift recipients returning items in resale condition may receive store credit.
